What we alter most

Most of what we alter is simple and precise. A dress or skirt hem that lands where you want it. Pants that clear the floor. A sleeve that ends at the cuff. A waist or seat that lets a jacket close without pulling. At the counter, hem, sleeve, or waist is plenty. Bring the garment and the number, or come in and we will measure you.

Suits, dresses, slacks, blouses, uniforms, and the casual pieces you actually wear are all welcome. If it can take a needle, bring it in. If it also needs to be cleaned, just say so when you drop it off. Full Service and alterations can go together. Already know the measurements? Write them on the ticket and you can skip the fitting.

A little extra time helps

Cleaning and alterations run on different schedules, so it helps to leave a little room. A Friday drop for a Saturday wedding is usually only possible if you can bring the garment to the plant in the morning window.

From a store or a pickup route, alterations typically take 3 to 5 business days.

Same-day alterations are available at the central plant on most days, excluding certain holidays. Drop off between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and a quick call ahead helps us make sure a tailor is in.

The plant is open 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 365 days a year, at 3250 W Ali Baba Lane, Suite C.

Measurements at no charge

Complimentary measurements are at the plant, rather than at the neighborhood counter. Tailors are in most days from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. A call to (702) 798-1247 before you drive over is a good idea, since a holiday or a full book can mean the bench is quiet that day.

If you can, wear the shoes you will wear with the hem, and bring the shirt or heels that change the line. The measurement is free, and it can save a second trip.

How to drop it off

If you already know the numbers, any of our doors will do. Drop the piece at a retail store, use a 24/7 smart store, or leave it for the route, and write the request on the ticket. Free pickup and delivery runs Monday through Saturday at in-store prices, at home or the office, across Greater Las Vegas.

If you would like to be measured, the plant customer entrance is the right stop. If you would rather stay home and you already have the measurements, the route is an easy option.

Same-day, when you need it

If you need something back for tonight, a neighborhood store drop usually will not make that window. Same-day alterations share the morning hours with same-day cleaning: 6:00 to 9:00 AM at Ali Baba, ready by 5:00 PM, on most days. A call ahead is helpful. If the morning window has passed, you are still welcome until 6:00 PM, and we will put the work on the usual 3-to-5-day schedule.
